‘Silent Hill: Revelation 3D’ Trailer

I may be in the minority on this one, but I actually thought the original Silent Hill was actually a pretty decent horror flick, especially since it is based on a video game.  Historically, video game adaptations are regarded as complete garbage, and while I don’t think Silent Hill is a breakout success, I believe it stands on it’s own as a creepy, atmospheric, and generally good flick.

That being said, here’s the trailer for the long in development sequel, Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. Unfortunately, they seem to be going the Resident Evil route and adding the ridiculous subtitle on the end of the title, along with the inclusion of 3D.Hopefully this doesn’t mean the film will be as bad as that series, and the trailer does look decent, but I still have some major reservations about this one.  We’ll know how it turns out when Silent Hill: Revelation 3D hits theaters October 26th.
