Here’s the newest trailer for the Elizabeth Olsen horror remake Silent House. Not only is this a really good trailer, but the film takes place in real-time as one long take, no cuts. Although this may sound like a gimmick, I’m sold.
The film is a remake of a movie by the same name that came out of Uruguay in 2010. Elizabeth Olsen (Martha Marcy May Marlene) plays Sarah, who while visiting her father in their dilapidated lake house, becomes the target of a group of mysterious attackers. As the film plays out in real-time, we see Sarah become increasingly unhinged as she attempts to survive in the house.
Look for Silent House in theaters March 9th.
