SNOWPIERCER Red Band Trailer Starring Chris Evans

A new red band trailer has been released for Bong Joon-ho‘s upcoming science fiction film Snowpiercer, which stars Chris Evans as a man leading a revolution on a train forever circling around the world.  The action in this film is pretty intense and that’s what this latest trailer really showcases.  The cast also features John HurtJamie BellEd HarrisAlison PillEwen BremnerOctavia SpencerKang-ho Song, and Ko Asung.

The Weinstein Company will be releasing Snowpiercer in its uncut form in select cities and VOD on June 27th after its US premiere at the Los Angeles Film Festival. You can check out our reviews of the comic books, which have just been released for the first time in English here and here.

In this sci-fi epic from director Bong Joon-Ho (The Host, Mother), a failed global-warming experiment kills off most life on the planet. The final survivors board the SNOWPIERCER, a train that travels around the globe via a perpetual-motion engine. When cryptic messages incite the passengers to revolt, the train thrusts full-throttle towards disaster.
