Broad Green Pictures has released the official trailer for Terrence Malick‘s next film, Knight of Cups, which stars Christian Bale as a screenwriter living in L.A. attempting to make sense of the world around him. Basically, it looks like exactly what we’ve all come to expect from a Malick film- insanely gorgeous, lots of voiceover, and chock full of introspection. The film also stars a slew of people including Cate Blanchett, Natalie Portman, Brian Dennehy, Antonio Banderas, Wes Bentley, Isabel Lucas, Teresa Palmer, Armin Mueller-Stahl, Freida Pinto, Cherry Jones, Joe Manganiello, Haley Bennett, Imogen Poots, Ryan O’Neal, Joel Kinnaman, Jason Clarke, Shea Whigham, Jocelin Donahue, Sergey Bodrov, Nick Offerman, Ben Kingsley, and Thomas Lennon.
