TEXAS CHAINSAW Origin Story LEATHERFACE Gets a Poster

The new poster has been revealed for the upcoming Texas Chainsaw Massacre prequel, Leatherface, which looks to tell the origin story of one of horror’s most iconic characters. Forgive me if I’m a little apprehensive about this one, considering the recent track record of the franchise. Also, do we need another prequel for this series? There’s already been three proper sequels (one of which is titled Leatherface), a remake, a sequel to the remake, and another prequel to the remake. Oh well, maybe this one will at least be worth a few cheap scares.

Leatherface stars Stephen Dorff, Vanessa Grasse, Sam Strike, and Lili Taylor, and will be released sometime next year.
