One super hero film I’m more excited about than all the upcoming live action versions, is Sony’s Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, which got a new trailer today. Based on the Marvel Comics arc, the film brings together all the Spider-characters from various Earths to stop the universe from being destroyed. The voice cast includes Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Mahershala Ali, Jake Johnson, Liev Schreiber, Brian Tyree, Henry Luna, Lauren Velez, Lily Tomlin, and John Mulaney as Spider-Ham.
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse opens in theaters December 14th.
Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, the creative minds behind The Lego Movie and 21 Jump Street, bring their unique talents to a fresh vision of a different Spider-Man Universe, with a groundbreaking visual style that’s the first of its kind. Spider-Man™: Into the Spider-Verse introduces Brooklyn teen Miles Morales, and the limitless possibilities of the Spider-Verse, where more than one can wear the mask.
