20th Century Fox has released new red and green band trailers for Why Him? from I Love You Man director John Hamburg. The film stars Bryan Cranston as a father meeting his possible future son-in-law for the first time who turns out to be a foul-mouthed billionaire played by James Franco.
Having found I Love You Man hilarious and all too relatable, I’m definitely interested in checking this one out when it hits theaters this Christmas.
Over the holidays, Ned (Bryan Cranston), an overprotective but loving dad and his family visit his daughter at Stanford, where he meets his biggest nightmare: her well-meaning but socially awkward Silicon Valley billionaire boyfriend, Laird (James Franco). The straight-laced Ned thinks Laird, who has absolutely no filter, is a wildly inappropriate match for his daughter.
