1986’s Maximum Overdrive has always been a favorite of mine- a truly underrated horror gem involving possessed machinery and peak Emilio Estevez. Thankfully the folks at Lionsgate and Vestron seem to agree and are planning a new Blu-ray edition of the film as part of their Vestron Collector’s Series line.
The Blu-ray will be released October 23rd and host a slew of bonus features including new audio commentary tracks, a ton of making-of featurettes and more.
Take a look below for more details about the release.
