Weekend Box Office: FATE OF THE FURIOUS Tops $900 Million Worldwide

The Fate of the Furious topped the box office in its second week, taking in over $38 million domestically for a total domestic gross of $163 million. The eighth film in the franchise is quickly closing in on $1 billion worldwide, with over $900 million when factoring in international grosses.

Born in China topped the week’s new releases, coming in fourth place with just over $5 million. Unforgettable and The Promise barely cracked the top ten, while Phoenix Forgotten and Free Fire finished at 11th and 17th, respectively.
