Zack Snyder to Direct THE JUSTICE LEAGUE Movie After BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN

It was safe to assume that a Justice League film was inevitable, and now it’s been officially announced by Warner Bros. with Zack Snyder tapped as the director.  This announcement comes after the recent news that both Cyborg and Wonder Woman will be in the upcoming Batman Vs. Superman, so it seems like where Marvel used five films to lead up to The Avengers, DC will be using just one.

Snyder is no stranger to handling super groups, having previously directed The Watchman, but will he be able to handle something as big as the JLA?  Hopefully Batman Vs. Superman will be a good indicator when that hits theaters May 6, 2016.  Although there’s no release date yet, it will most likely hit sometime in 2017 with an official announcement planned for Comic-Con.
