Adam Wingard’s THE GUEST Full-Length Trailer

One of my favorite genre flicks out of this year’s Sundance was Adam Wingard’s latest, The Guest, which revolves around a mysterious veteran (Dan Stevens) crashing at the home of one of his buddies killed in the war.  The film takes a number of unexpected turns and without spoiling anything, I’ll just say it was badass.  The film is written by Simon Barrett who previously worked with Wingard on A Horrible Way to Die, V/H/S, and You’re Next.

Picturehouse is releasing The Guest in theaters September 17th, you can read our full review here.

A soldier (Dan Stevens) introduces himself to the Peterson family, claiming to be a friend of their son who died in action. After the young man is welcomed into their home, a series of accidental deaths seem to be connected to his presence.
