‘Branded’ Trailer

Here we have the new trailer for the upcoming Russian sci-fi film Branded, starring Ingeborga Dapkunaite, Max von Sydow, Leelee Sobieski, and Jeffrey Tambor.  The film takes a look at mass marketing and branded and poses the question, “What if all marketing was done by aliens?” To that my answer would be, tell me something I don’t know.  Judging from the trailer, it looks like it may be something of  modern take on They Live. Either way, the film looks like an interesting concept, however I wish they were somehow able to use real brands and not just similar looking ones. Look for Branded to hit theaters September 7th, watch the trailer after the jump.

After Misha skyrockets to the top of the advertising business, a tragic mishap on the set of one of his productions torpedoes his career and he retreats into self-imposed exile.
