Michael Haneke’s HAPPY END Lands at Sony Pictures Classics

‘Amour’

Sony Pictures Classics has picked up the North American rights to Michael Haneke‘s latest, Happy End, which finished production in late August. The film revolves around the lives of a bourgeois family in Europe and stars Jean-Louis Trintignant, Isabelle Huppert, Mathieu Kassovitz, and Toby Jones.

There’s no word yet on a release date, but I would expect it to hit theaters sometime next year.
