MarVista Entertainment has released an official trailer for Seven Stages to Achieve Eternal Bliss, a comedy starring Sam Huntington and Kate Micucci as a couple that gets a great deal on an L.A. apartment, only to discover it was once home to a cult leader (Taika Waititi), who killed himself in the bathroom. His followers now flock to the home to do the same.
You can check out our review of the film from Tribeca 2018, when it was still titled Seven Stages to Achieve Eternal Bliss By Passing Through the Gateway Chosen By the Holy Storsh, here.
Directed by Vivieno Caldinelli, Seven Stages also stars Dan Harmon, Mark McKinney, Rhea Seehorn, Brian Posehn, Maria Bamford and Josh Brener. It opens in select theaters on March 6th with a digital release to follow.
A small-town couple finds the perfect apartment in the big city, except there’s one catch: the apartment is home to the ritualistic suicides of a deranged cult.
