Ti West Directs ‘The Sacrament’ with Eli Roth Producing

Today, Variety broke the news that Ti West is working on a new film with Eli Roth titled The Sacrament. West is a big up-and-comer in the horror world, bringing a lot of critical praise for his previous films, House of the Devil, and The Innkeepers. The Sacrament will be written and directed by West, with Eli Roth producing, but there’s currently no plot synopsis or casting details just yet. You may recall, West also directed the sequel to Eli Roth’s Cabin Fever, however due to an apparent studio takeover of the film, he requested his name be taken off of it.

According to imdb, West also has another picture in the works, titled The Side Effect, which will be a sci-fi horror film. Roth is currently prepping his next feature The Green Inferno, which will begin filming in Peru shortly.
