First Poster for THE INTERVIEW with Seth Rogen and James Franco

The first poster has been revealed for Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg’s The Interview, which stars Rogen and James Franco as two journalists who head to North Korea in order to snag an interview with Kim Jong-un.  After the government finds out, the CIA instead recruits the two to assassinate the dictator instead.

The film also stars Lizzy Caplan and Randall Park and is set to open in theaters October 10th.  Check back later this week for the first trailer.  For now, look below for the poster and synopsis.

In the action-comedy The Interview, Dave Skylark (James Franco) and his producer Aaron Rapoport (Seth Rogen) run the popular celebrity tabloid TV show “Skylark Tonight.” When they discover that North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un is a fan of the show, they land an interview with him in an attempt to legitimize themselves as journalists. As Dave and Aaron prepare to travel to Pyongyang, their plans change when the CIA recruits them, perhaps the two least-qualified men imaginable, to assassinate Kim Jong-un.
