Short Film: DOWNSTAIRS From the Boxleitner Brothers

If you’re looking for a quick scary thrill, then check out Downstairs, a 17-minute short from Sam and Lee Boxleitner. This bite-sized tale of terror revolves around a slightly goofy security guard (played by Sam Boxleitner) who becomes tormented by the restless spirits residing within the walls of the gallery he’s tasked with watching over.

We caught this at Screamfest in Los Angeles last year and like it quite a bit, and now you can check it out yourself below. Make sure to pop on some headphones if you have them as well and dim the lights.
