A new trailer has dropped for the upcoming Child’s Play reboot, starring Aubrey Plaza, Brian Tyree Henry, and Gabriel Bateman. In the film, Chucky is portrayed as a robotic doll whose develops a bit of bloodlust, terrorizing a family. The film is directed by Lars Klevberg (Polaroid) and written by Tyler Burton Smith.
Child’s Play opens in theaters June 21st.
A contemporary re-imagining of the 1988 horror classic, CHILD’S PLAY follows Karen (Aubrey Plaza), a single mother who gifts her son Andy (Gabriel Bateman) a Buddi doll, unaware of its more sinister nature.
