Dear Governor Cuomo – August 13th, 2013

‘Dear Governor Cuomo’ is a concert protest film aimed at influencing New York state’s decision to ban hydraulic fracturing – fracking – or adopt it. Featuring local activists including Mark Ruffalo, ‘Melissa Leo’ , ‘Natalie Merchant’ , Pete Seeger, Citizen Cope and scientists like Sandra Steingraber, the film – a blend of ‘The Last Waltz’ and ‘An Inconvenient Truth’ lays out the science and facts behind the decision and encourages the governor to join the anti-fracking majority in his state. Though focused on the issue in New York, the education, and incredible music, are relevant in the 34 states that already allow fracking.

The Perfect Stranger – August 14th, 2013

The mysterious arrival of a foreigner to a small village in a Mediterranean island, awake the sudden interest from a diverse group of residents, who will appear unexpectedly in the stranger’s life, believing that he’s going to reopen an old shop. In contrast, the real intentions of the stranger are hidden behind an old Polaroid photo, which has led him to that place in search of answers.

Abandoned Mine – August 15th, 2013

Five school friends seek adventure on Halloween night in an abandoned, haunted mine, only to find to their horror that the ghostly rumors may be true as they fight for survival.
