Dark Sky Films has released a new trailer and poster for the upcoming thriller 1BR, in which a young woman gets into a promising apartment complex that has some sinister things happening under the surface. The film is directed by David Marmor and stars Nicole Brydon Bloom, Giles Matthey, Taylor Nichols, Naomi Grossman, Alan Blumenfeld, Clayton Hoff, Celeste Sully, Earnestine Phillips, and Susan Davis.
