DRIVE HARD Trailer Starring John Cusack and Thomas Jane

A new trailer for Brian Trenchard-Smith‘s upcoming action flick Drive Hard has been released in all its cheesy B movie glory.  The film stars John Cusack as a thief who forces a former race car driver, played by Thomas Jane, to help him get away after a job.  The movie looks absolutely terrible, but it could be terrible in a fun way, like Drive Angry.

Drive Hard doesn’t have a U.S. release date as of yet, but it’s scheduled to come out sometime this year.  Hit the break for the trailer and synopsis.

 

American thief, Simon Keller (Cusack), arrives in a foreign country in need of a getaway driver. Rather than recruit one from the underworld, he takes a driving lesson from ex F-1 champion, Peter Roberts (Jane), now working as a driving instructor. After Keller robs a bank during the lesson, Roberts has no choice, but to use his driving talent to get away from pursuing police and mobsters.
