I must admit I have never read the novel, so my anticipation for this is not through the roof, especially looking at the director’s previous efforts, but we’ll know for sure when Ender’s Game hits theaters November 1st. Hit the jump for the trailer and synopsis.
In the near future, a hostile alien race called the Formics have attacked Earth. If not for the legendary heroics of International Fleet Commander Mazer Rackham (Ben Kingsley), all would have been lost. Ender Wiggin (Asa Butterfield), a shy but strategically brilliant boy, is recruited to join the elite.
