Scott Derrickson, and starring Ethan Hawke. Derrickson does have some experience in the genre, previously directing
The Exorcism of Emily Rose, and he’s also tapped to direct the upcoming
Poltergeist remake.
While I have zero expectations for this film, it still looks like it could be something worth checking out. Sinister hits theaters October 5th, with preview engagements in select cities through
