In addition to playing Claire Temple in Marvel’s Daredevil series on Netflix,
Rosario Dawson will be also heading over to the DC side of things, voicing Batgirl in
The Lego Batman Movie.
THR broke the news that Dawson will be in the film alongside the previously announced cast including
Will Arnett as Batman,
Michael Cera as Robin, and
Zach Galifianakis as the Joker.
Chris McKay (Robot Chicken) will be directing the spin-off, with Seth Grahame-Smith (Dark Shadows, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter) writing the script.
The Lego Batman Movie opens in theaters February 10th, 2017.
