STAR WARS EPISODE 8 Gets a Release Date, First Spinoff Titled ROGUE ONE

Some exciting news for Star Wars fans out there, today Star Wars: Episode 8, written and directed by Rian Johnson (Looper) got an official release date of May 26th, 2017.

It was also announced that the first spinoff film, directed by Gareth Edwards and starring Felicity Jones, will be titled Rogue One, and will open in theaters December 16th, 2016.
