Here’s the debut trailer for Steven Soderbergh‘s latest film Side Effects, which stars Jude Law, Rooney Mara, Channing Tatum, and Catherine Zeta-Jones. This thriller centers on Mara’s character Emily being prescribed a new anxiety drug by her psychiatrist (Jude Law), and although it appears to be working, some unintended side effects occur. The film is set for a theatrical release of February 8th, 2013.
This will be Soderbergh’s last film for a while, as he announced a hiatus from directing, however I would suspect he won’t stay away from the camera for too long. He’s been on a tear lately, releasing three movies in just over a year’s time, so I’d say it’s okay that he takes a little break.
