Richard Ayoade’s THE DOUBLE Trailer Starring Jesse Eisenberg

Here’s the first teaser for Richard Ayoade’s upcoming dark comedy The Double, which sees Jesse Eisenberg meeting a doppleganger of himself.  Ayoade previously directed the wonderful Submarine, and it probably best known for his roles in The IT Crowd and The Watch.

Although we don’t see much in the way of plot with this trailer, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, especially when it’s cut together as nicely as this.  The Double also stars Mia Wasikowska, Wallace Shawn, Noah Taylor and Yasmin Paige, and is premiering at Tiff this week.  Hit the jump to check out the trailer and synopsis.
