Open Road Films has just released the first teaser trailer for the upcoming sci-fi epic The Host, starring Saoirse Ronan as a human living among an alien species called Souls. Now, before you get excited for a remake of the amazing Korean film by the same name, this is something completely different, and not nearly as exciting.
The Host is based on the young adult book by Stephenie Meyer, famed author of the Twilight series.
There’s not much to say about this teaser, although the concept may sound kind of interesting, the fact that it’s by the author of Twilight has me very skeptical. What do you think?
