An extended TV spot for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 debuted during the Super Bowl, and it doesn’t disappoint. By now we know the vibe and the new trailer delivers the fun action, smooth interplay, and hilarity.
Marvel didn’t stop with just the TV ad though, tweeting out a sweet new poster. It features mixtape logos for the major players, except for Kurt Russell’s Ego, who has his tape turned backwards. I think I’d listen to Rocket’s first.
Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Bradley Cooper, and Vin Diesel are joined in the sequel by newcomers Russell and Pom Klementieff when Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 arrives in theaters on May 5th.
