A new trailer has been released for The Autopsy of Jane Doe, which stars Brian Cox and Emile Hirsch as father/son coroners. The duo is tasked with performing the autopsy of a young murder victim and the post-mortem examination is far from standard. The trailer doesn’t give away too much, which I like, but it certainly makes the film look spooky. I’m intrigued.
Directed by André Øvredal, The Autopsy of Jane Doe premiered at TIFF and arrives in theaters and on VOD on December 21st. It’s sure to become a Christmas classic. Happy Holidays!
