The Minions are back…again, but aren’t featured heavily in the first trailer for Illumination Entertainment’s Despicable Me 3. Instead, the ‘80s-obsessed villain Balthazar Bratt (voiced by South Park’s Trey Parker) is spotlighted as a new nemesis for Gru (Steve Carell) and Lucy (Kristen Wiig).
Directed by Kyle Balda and Pierre Coffin, Despicable Me 3 will open in theaters on June 30th, 2017.
