Strand Releasing has just unveiled a trailer for So Yong Kim’s Lovesong, which played Sundance in 2016 and is finally getting a release next month. In the acclaimed drama, Jena Malone and Riley Keough play friends who form a certain kind of bond that could cause confusion in their respective romantic endeavors.
Also starring Brooklyn Decker, Ryan Eggold, Rosanna Arquette, and Amy Seimetz, Lovesong will be in theaters on February 17th, 2017.
Neglected by her husband, Sarah embarks on an impromptu road trip with her young daughter and her best friend, Mindy. Along the way, the dynamic between the two friends intensifies before circumstances force them apart. Years later, Sarah attempts to rebuild their intimate connection in the days before Mindy’s wedding.
