A24 released a new trailer for Jonah Hill‘s coming of age story Mid90s, starring Sunny Suljic as Stevie, a young skater growing up during the era the title suggests, who befriends a group of older kids when his home life becomes difficult. The film also stars Lucas Hedges as Stevie’s brother.
Mid90s premiered to at Tiff to very positive reviews and opens in theaters October 19th, which can’t get here soon enough.
Mid90s follows Stevie, a thirteen-year-old in 90s-era LA who spends his summer navigating between his troubled home life and a group of new friends that he meets at a Motor Avenue skate shop.
